YOUR APPOINTMENT IS RESERVED JUST FOR YOU. 

DUE TO A HIGH DEMAND OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, AND WITH OUR TALENTED AESTHETICIANS BEING HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER, WE ASK THAT PRIOR TO BOOKING YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS POLICY allows us US TO BETTER SERVE THE NEEDS OF ALL JRAD SKIN CLIENTS. 

 

LATE, CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

LATE

For every appointment, clients must arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure your appointment runs for the full duration of your scheduled booking time, and the appropriate consent forms are filled out. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the clinic reserves the right to cut your treatment time to ensure that our skin specialists are not late for their next following booking, or we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. 

CANCELLATION
We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to an appointment. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the aesthetician's day that could have been filled by another client. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to a fee.

- $100.00 fee will be subject to the clients account for a missed or canceled treatment
- $25.00 fee will be subject to the clients account for a missed or canceled consultation
- $125.00 will be subject to the clients account for a missed consult with treatment appointment

NO SHOW

Our time is precious, to us and for you. If a client does not show up to an appointment you will be charged.

- $100.00 fee will be subject to the clients account for a missed or canceled treatment
- $25.00 fee will be subject to the clients account for a missed or canceled consultation
- $125.00 will be subject to the clients account for a missed consult with treatment appointment 

If the client would like to pre-book another appointment, the client is required to pay a deposit of $100.00 to secure the next booking. This will go towards your appointment.

- $100.00 deposit for treatment. $50.00 will be applied to the service provided the day of the second appointment.

- $50.00 deposit for consultations. $25.00 will be applied to the consultation provided the day of the second appointment.


PRODUCT POLICY

At JRAD SKIN, our commitment to customer satisfaction extends beyond just offering quality skincare products — it also lies in our comprehensive product policy. We understand that a strong product policy is essential to build trust, maintain transparency, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience with every purchase.

Our product policy is designed to prioritize customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey. We offer detailed product descriptions, usage instructions, and photographs on our website to help customers make informed decisions before purchasing. In the event that customers are dissatisfied with a product, we provide a hassle-free return and refund process. 

SKIN CEUTICALS

If in the case a client would like to return a Skin Ceutical Product due to a reaction, Skin Ceuticals encourages the client to call and report the incident to the customer care line located on the product box. Reason being, should there be a need to address regulatory affairs on a particular batch. At JRAD SKIN, we will also inform our SkinCeuticals representative in order to ensure that the customer is satisfied. 

If in the case a product was recommended that the client has not been pleased with, they are able to return or exchange the product to JRAD SKIN for a store credit within 14 days.

If in the case the client changes their mind on a product, they are able to receive a full refund or exchange if the product is unopened and unused for 10 days.

If in the case a product was recommended that the client has not been pleased with, they are able to return the product to JRAD SKIN for a store credit or exchange within 14 days.
